1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IQScopeX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IQScopeX provides a 20-question non-verbal cognitive assessment that produces an estimated IQ score, percentile ranking, and cognitive profile. The Service is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Results are estimates, not clinical diagnoses.

3. Not a Medical or Psychological Assessment

IQScopeX is not a licensed psychological test and does not constitute a clinical evaluation. Results should not be used for any diagnostic, employment, educational placement, or legal purpose. Consult a licensed psychologist for clinical assessment needs.

4. Purchases & Refunds

The full report and certificate are available for a one-time payment of $1.99 USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the instant digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, contact us at support@forticlaw.com within 7 days.

5. User Accounts

Account creation is handled via Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All test content, software, and design are the property of IQScopeX / Forticlaw. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQScopeX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
